The gto_fastq_variation_visual depites the regions of singularity using the output from gto_fastq_variation_filter into an SVG image.

The gto_fastq_variation_visual program needs a the output of gto_fastq_variation_filter to compute.

./gto_fastq_variation_visual: visualize relative singularity regions.
-v verbose mode,
-a about CHESTER,
-e enlarge painted regions,
[tFile1]::<...> target file(s).
